15. How do we handle returned merchandises?
|
|
Depending on the reason for return, it will be handled accordingly as below:. A. If the reason of return is due to defective parts, except the lens, within one year of purchase, Winford will replace them free of charge including postage. B. If customer wants to return the product and accept a replacement. Winford will send a replacement free of charge AFTER the return is received in good physical condition. C. If customer insists to return, ask them to return to Winford.

16. How is return credit handled?

After receiving the returned product, we shall credit your credit card account for full value of the returned goods. We do not refund shipping charge. If you purchase the goods by check or money order, we shall send a check covering the value of the return.
