1. What is Winford Dropship Program (WDP)?
|
|
Winford Dropship Program is to offer and ensure registered resellers the availability, deliveries (dropship) of unique products of Winford. By resellers, we mean people who sell directly to the consumers. If you are a wholesaler and wish to purchase in volume quantity and handle your own shipping and like to become a distributor, please check our Distributor Program.

You become a reseller of WDP after you accept the Dropship Pricing and Shipping, Dropship Agreement and pay the one time setup fee (see below). You then start selling products of Winford and pass us the orders. You pay us according to our price list. We ship the goods directly to your customers according to your instruction.

3. Who is qualified as a member of WDP?
|
|
All online and offline resellers who sell their products directly to the consumers can become members of WDP. But we do have the following restrictions:
A. You, your business and your product line must comply with Item 6) of Winford Dropship Agreement.
B. WDP is only offered to those who has a legitimate Tax ID number
C. Unless by special and separate arrangements, we limit the shipping areas to United States and Canada only.

4. Is there a fee to become a member of WDP?
|
|
|
Because Winford is the sole manufacturer of the offered unique and niche market products and to ensure continuous , prompt and exclusive supply of such products at the lowest price, to become a reseller of WDP, you are required to pay a setup fee of $ 40.00 (Forty US dollars) one time charge to cover the following (see Item 5). The charge is non-refundable and is to be paid by charging through the credit card you provide. However, we have an incentive program for you to offset the setup fee. (see Item 6)

- To set up your account in Winford as a reseller
- One piece PolaVisor with free shipping ($34.95 retail value + $ 6 shipping)
- One free CD disk of PolaVisor picture to be used for your website
- You have the option for free link exchange with Winford website
- You are ensured the availability and fast deliveries of Winford according to your instruction to your customers
- You are authorized to sell unique products manufactured by Winford
- If you own a retail outlet, by registering as Dropship reseller, you will be automatically become our wholesale distributor so you can also enjoy wholesale distributor's pricing for bulk shipment. All wholesale distributors are bound by pricing, base of sales, payment terms and all other conditions specified on the Wholesale Pricing and Distribution list.(Please visitDistributor Program page and contact us for details).
- Winford offers warranty to all products delivered to your customers and Winford will handle returns on your behalf. This warranty is not applicable to purchases under Distributor Program.
- Winford continues to manufacturer new niche products. As a member of WDP, you will be given the priority opportunity to sell them.
- Winford allows you to use material on Winford’s website for promotion purposes (Winford owns the copyright).

6. How does the incentive program work?
|
|
|
For the first 20 (twenty) units you sell, we shall ship you one unit free of charge and we shall also pay the shipping charge. The incentive is limited to two free units only.

Step 3: Read and accept Dropship Agreement. You must accept and agree to be bound by the Agreement
Step 4: Complete Dropship Reseller Information Form
Step 5: Complete Payment
Step 6: You will be receiving a receipt from us by email to confirm your acceptance with a reseller ID number with password and URL to order products directly from Winford.
Step 7: You can opt to have your website listed on our website as a dropship reseller
Step 8: You show our products on your website and start selling

8. How do you pay for the merchandise?
|
|
All goods and corresponding shipping charge must be paid in full before shipping. We shall process the transaction by using the credit card information provided by you. We accept Visa, Master Card American Express and Discover. We also accept checks and money orders. If you pay by check, the goods will be shipped only after checks are cleared.

9. How your orders are processed ?
|
|
|
When you are ready to order, go to the Reseller Order Page, enter your user ID and password that we provided you with. Email your invoice to your customers to us. We’ll ship the goods with your invoice per your instruction and advise you the shipping status of your order. We shall send you our statement for your record after the order is shipped.

10. How are the goods shipped?
|
|
|
We normally ship within 3 business days upon receipt and acceptance of order. Orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Orders to Canada will be sent by airmail with insurance. We do provide overnight delivery only to cities where USPS Express Mail delivery is available. Please check with us before making commitment. (See: Dropship Pricing for details). Orders paid by checks will be shipped after clearance of payment.

We offer 60 (sixty) days full warranty. We will replace, credit or refund to you full purchase value of the merchandise excluding shipping and handling charges after receiving return. We also offer free replacements of parts, EXCEPT THE LENS including freight, within one year of purchase. Above warranty is applicable to retail drop ship purchases only it is not applicable to resellers or distributors who purchase in bulk at wholesale price.

To showcase our products, you can obtain information from our website: www.winford-usa.com. You will receive one PolaVisor with picture disk after you register and pay the set up fee. You will then be given a User's Name and Password to place orders with us.(see above 4) If you need more samples or full length video disk ,please go to the Payment page of our website for processing. You must be a registered reseller to order the sample, video disk, and merchandise by using the User Name and Password we provide you as stated above.

13. How do you determine your selling prices?
|
|
|
As manufacturer, we won’t decide on how much you will charge your customers. However, to ensure price competitiveness and to protect interests of all resellers, we do insist the retail price you charge is in line with that of other resellers.
